Söderberg & Partners Group

Our credo

We firmly believe in challenging the status quo. Everything we do is imbued by our drive to question the traditional ways of working. If there’s a way of doing things differently to gain more efficiency or quality, we will deploy our knowledge, technology, and scale to realize this potential.

We also believe in ecosystems. In companies existing in symbiosis with each other, all contributing, nurturing, maintaining, and developing the system. Where all parts have their own important role to play, together creating something that’s far bigger than the sum of its parts.

Where the proximity and the interaction between the companies can lead to innovative cross breeds that never would have happened outside the ecosystem. Where both the companies and their clients can grow and prosper in unison.

This vision also comes with certain obligations; introducing a new company into the system requires careful consideration, every new entity added must have its own individual function in the ecosystem and support and reinforce the other companies.

We believe in the power of good ideas. But, we know that it is the actual execution that determines how successful the ideas become. That is why we develop, invest in, and partner with companies that holds both the right ideas and the right people.

Our role in all of this is to stimulate and facilitate innovation, development and growth. In the individual companies, as well as in the ecosystem as a whole.
