The companies included in the Assure Wealth Holding ApS and covered by the acquisition are Assure A/S, Assure Fondsmæglerselskab A/S, and Assure Alternatives A/S. Together they offer wealth advisory services, asset management, wealth reporting and Family Office Services. Since its founding in 2014, the group has established itself as a significant player in the Danish market, with approximately 40 employees and an annual turnover of DKK 50 million.

This is Söderberg & Partners' third investment in a Danish wealth management firm, following previous acquisitions of TimeInvest and Formue- & Investeringspleje A/S.
The acquisition is being carried out by Söderberg & Partners Holding AB and is subject to approval by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finanstilsynet).
